Engaged advisor leading companies through strategic processes and set goals that serve both people, planet and business. My expertise is two-folded; as Strategic Process Facilitator I guide through all processes from strategic roadmaps to everyday implementation and reporting, involving all-levels-employees, engaging and empowering through workshops and 1-1 sessions. As ESG Analyst, I conduct the necessary steps along the way, such as preparing and follow up certifications. This can include policies and supplier code of conduct, baseline for sustainability reporting, and mapping of chemicals and suppliers. All in close collaboration with the client, for you to run this in-house subsequently. I have experience from a range of roles, including founder, board member and CEO, mainly within textiles and cultural industries. My broad experience equips me with a holistic view and universal approaches applicable in most contexts.
Contact me if you need help with efforts such as:
• Establishing or revising your sustainability strategy, including policies and programmes
• Cracking the strategy down to targets and KPIs, and implement these into daily operations
• Supply Chain Management, including mapping and assessing
• People and culture, such as workshops to understand and engage in the sustainability agenda
• ESG reporting: standards, tools, and establishing a baseline
• Certifications both on governance (such as B Corp and EcoLighthouse) and product (such as GOTS) level
• Legislation & Regulation, such as the Taxonomy, CSRD, Ecodesign, and The Norwegian Transparency Act
A brief statement about your motivation to be part of the movement:
“For me, B Corp is a second-generation kind of certification that requires responsibility and awareness throughout the business – for those that wish to use their company and position as a force for doing better, and channel our systems on a better track. I recommend B Corp as a framework, inspiration, and tool for running a healthy business for all – and for continuous improvement. Being a part of the B Leader Consultant Network, I get to meet up with other change-makers sharing this belief, exchange ideas, and inspire each other in this great common effort on switching course into a sustainable future. I hope to get to know more ambitious and inspiring people that have ideas, thoughts, and ways of doing things better, and that we can help each other get the good solutions and stories out there.”
